THE TIGERS DEN offers the following Returns Policy:

Items can be returned within fourteen days of their shipping date but customer must contact us to get authorization prior to returning any material.

Please provide us with as much information as possible - Order date, order number, item description, etc.
Why you want to return the item.
If the item is damaged we need to have a digital photo of the package and damaged item.
All items must be in their original factory sealed packages, opened items are not returnable.

Free Freight Policy:

Valid for orders over $100.00 USD shippable via Ground Service to the lower 48 United States.
Alaska and Hawaii addresses are not eligible for this offer and will be charged a shipping fee via a separate invoice.
Offer based on order total for goods only, excluding taxes and shipping.
International customers – Unfortunately this policy cannot be offered and you will be charged a shipping fee via a separate invoice.

Pre-Order Policy:

Our pre-order item policy is that all pre-order items are invoiced upon receipt of order, this ensures that you have a guarantee delivery for the item/s you purchased. In addition, we ship orders complete so we would highly recommend that stock items are not ordered with pre-order items since the order will be held until all items become available to ship.
